All lof the specific details the client wants (expression / pose / clothes / etc.) must be said in the moment the commission is requested.

Vanomalia will send a sketch of the drawing for aproval and corrections, everything the client wants to change must be said in this moment.

The commissions are made with a simple background, unless the client request something different at the dicussion fase and pay for it (in case the complexity of it requires it).

If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the client wanted it to have or wanted to be diferent, but was not indicated when placing the order, nor with the first sketch, a refund will not be made.

Make changes to the drawing once it is finished (for the same reasons as mentioned above) will have an extra cost.

Mistakes made by Vanomalia will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when they were made.

Commissions are made in the order they were paid. In the moment the client place an order, Vanomalia will let them know how long it will take based in the cantity of commissions in queue.

Vanomalia reserve the right to decline any commission.

The accepted payment methods are PayPal (USD) and Binance (USDT).

Payment is requested in advance, can be made 50% upfront and 50% after aprove the first sketch, or 100% upfront.

Vanomalia won’t begin working until the full payment is made.

To add more characters on the same commission or background the price will rise as shown in the “Prices” page.

To add complements to the character that doesn’t classiffies as “Background” (big weapons / furniture / bicycle / rain / etc…) will have an extra cost based in the agreement made with the client.

A full refund will only be made if work has not been started.

If the work was started but is not completed, the refund will be partial to the amount worked, the incomplete drawing will be delivered only if the client ask for it, but with a watermark.

Vanomalia retains the rights to each drawing produced.

Vanomalia has the right to share the commissions on her social media or portfolio (it will have a watermark and will indicate that is was a commission), unless the client request not to.

The client can publish the drawings in other websites if credit is given.

Commissions are for personal or non-profit use only, unless otherwise discussed. The client should not profit from the work done without discussing it in advance and thus reaching an agreement, since comercial use sometimes requires different specifications and this have an aditional cost as shown in the “Prices” page.

Commercial Use Commissions do not transfer authorship of the work.
